Process

The journey of a panel

An installer in a harness on site, before work starts

On site, harness on, before anything is cut.

  1. MeasureField conditions are recorded and tied to the drawings.
  2. DefineThe system, joints and returns are fixed before drawing.
  3. DetailEach piece gets an ID, a size and a fixing.
  4. MachineThe flat pattern goes to the router with the V-groove lines.
  5. InstallA numbered map puts every piece in sequence.
